Buildtec Group is delivering 32 affordable housing units for the SA Housing Authority at Griffiths Drive, Seaford. NEK was engaged to complete the cladding package for Units 01-10 and Units 11-22.
Our scope included intertenancy wall systems, Hebel wall cladding, acrylic rendering and texture coating, Hardie Stria Fine Texture cladding, and external painting for a durable professional finish.
